Hello,

Could you please run the diagnostics tool before and after you try to install as described in http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...n-issues-to-di ?
This will generate a ZIP including the log files for us to analyse.
Having a screenshot/photo of the error would also be useful to diagnose what could happen.
