I'm sorry we will not be able to help with the NVidia software.
I suggest you contact NVidia suggesting they "update their software to handle the
Microsoft Windows 10 Anniversary Update new native Indirect Display feature".
I suspect their application does not understand the new notion of monitors NOT directly connected to the graphics card (aka indirect display). We have had similar issues before Windows 10 Anniversary Update but now it's a proper documented Windows standard so they have to comply.
