Default Still have a problem on Dell D3000 after Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Hi, I'm a newbie.
I have a SONY VAIO laptop & Dell D3000 Docking Station with 3 monitors (1 laptop + 2 27" FHD monitors).
It was perfect under Windows 7 and former Windows 10.
But after Windows 10 Anniversary Update, D3000 doesn't work properly.
Frankly, it seldom works after I plugged in & out the adapter many times.
Surely I installed lasted version of DisplayLink driver but the situation is same.

I have to spend at least 2 hours everyday to fix the problem.
If it works, it's OK till I turned my laptop off.
And when I came back to the office next morning, the disaster begin.

I'm not sure whether it's the problem of Windows 10 or DisplayLink driver.
But I'm still believe that the new driver can fix this kind of problem.
Please help me.

P.S.
In order to fix the problem, I'm using Windows 10 Insider Preview also.
But no changes
