Hello,

Thank you for describing the issue and posting the logs.
You can indeed see that there is no device visible in Device Manager.
This can't be a driver problem as, for Windows to choose a driver, Windows must first be able to see the device and recognise it.

I recommend you contact the manufacturer, Toshiba, for hardware support as I don't see how this could be addressed with a software update.
