Hello,

Thank you for the logs and your patience, both being helpful.

I need to seek advice from engineering. In some cases, I can see all modes read from the television are declared as unsupported and filtered out. Because there's no supported mode left, the driver defaults to VGA...
In other cases, we can't read the EDID properly. That's why you have "No monitor" in the System_Details.txt line 34 with the serial number being the USB hardware ID of the dock instead of the Samsung TV being detailed here.
In a third case, I can see 1080p was set properly, even if we struggled.

I need to dig deeper to understand why these modes are claimed unsupported. The TV itself doesn't seem special.

Is the Dell D6000 connected directly to the computer? Am I correct in understanding this is connected through Type-A plug and not USB-C? I don't see any USB-C plug from the online reviews of that machine.
What kind of cable do you use between the docking station and the display? Length and spec could be helpful.

Kind regards,
Alban
