When I wakeup my MacBook from sleep 2 out of 3 times the DisplayLink display is not properly reattached...

HW: MacBook 13" (white)
OS: MacOSX 10.6.2

DL/HW: Toshiba DynaDock DVI
DL/DRV: DisplayLink 1.5b6

The DisplayLinkManager process keeps respawning and fills the "dl.log" with errors like the ones below:

In order to fix the problem I need to pull out the USB for the DisplayLink device a number of times before the DL device is properly attached and the screen is transferred to the DL device...
