Default Constant disconnect / reconnect with UM80 monitor

I have a TVS UM80 monitor which exhibits the seemingly common problem of constant connect / disconnect.

I have installed latest DisplayLink drivers to no avail.

I have run the diagnostic tool and have attached its output in the hope of some advice in being able to resolve this issue.
