Hello Tomer,

The key(s) is/are in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DisplayLink\PIDS\0100X XXX\UIGroupingName
With X being the USB Product ID. This is because we gave control to the manufacturer as to what they wanted to do.
If you have only one adapter/dock model, then there's only one key to add to all machines, the one where XXXX is the product identification. If you have several products, they may have different product id, and therefore you need a few keys. You could add the creation of that key, or set of keys, to a .reg file you push to everyone.

The key is not variable based on a user, but based on the target product.
If you're unable to find the USB Product ID, you can give me the models I can look them up.
You can use our Customer Support Tool (last line of my forum signature). In the archive, you can open System_details.txt and, at the bottom, you will see the USB Product ID in the lines starting with USB\VID_17e9&PID_
Anything starting with Vendor ID (VID) 17E9 is DisplayLink.

Kind regards,
Alban
