Thank you for the logs, they are helpful.
There isn't any dock detected or any device in error in your Windows Device Manager.
This tells me the computer doesn't see any docking station connected.

Can you confirm you have a led lit at the front of the Dell D6000 and its colour?
If there's no light on the right, there seems to be a power issue and I'd check the power block and connection there.
If there's a red light, and it stays red, it means the USB-C controller doesn't see a computer. Should that be the case, I would advise trying with USB-A converter. If the light then becomes white, we probably need you to flash the dock with Dell utility. (That product uses multiple technologies. Our firmware is updated automatically transparently).
