Hi, I have almost same configuration, and can extend upto 2 monitor with dell d6000,

Macbook Pro 13 2019 - 4 thunderbolt
Dell D6000 - DisplayLink 5.2.1
MacOS Catalina 10.15.1

I was able to extend two monitor with DisplayLink and a extra 1 directly through thunderbolt.
and all my dell monitors are DisplayPort
