Hi,

I bought the Portable Laptop monitor, Duex Pro. I have had issues installing on my Mac. I have downloaded the software and followed all the instructions but still the screen is not coming on.

When the USB is connected the screen comes on for 2 seconds then turns off.

Would you kindly help?
