Please try to re-install our drivers:
- Follow the instructions in the link here: https://support.displaylink.com/know...ink-software-o
- Reboot the PC.
- Then download and run the file under following link: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?d=64
- Reboot the PC.
- Install our latest driver which can be found here: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1545
Let me know then if the issue persists.
