I also run Amphetamine + Amphetamine helper for clamshell mode since this setup runs 99% of time in clamshell mode.
As the title says, my 2nd monitor doesn't respond to F.lux OR Night shift at all.
Regardless, if the 2nd monitor is connected through HDMI or DP to the dock F.lux & Night shift don't work....BUT if I connected the 2nd monitor to my MBP via HDMI, then F.lux & NS work.
***Edit: When the 2nd monitor is connected through HDMI, it disappears from the DisplayLink menu bar app...Interesting.
