I have four HP p244 23.8" monitors and I'm connecting them to my Macbook Pro using two HP Thunderbolt dock 230 W G2, with two monitors plugged into each one, and then each dock plugged separately into the USB-C ports on my Macbook Pro.

The issue I'm having is that all four monitors turn on, but each of the two monitors that plug into the separate HP Thunderbolt docks are showing the same display, ie. they're mirrored.

I've installed Display Link Manager and getting the same thing.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance

The HP docking stations you are using do NOT have DisplayLink technology inside of them, so DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.

The HP docking stations have a DisplayPort MST hub inside of them which drives the external displays. macOS does NOT support DisplayPort MST, which is why the image content is being mirrored on the displays.
