Send us an email to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com.
You can send us a link to this post and also please gather and send us logfiles from Mac or Windows machine when the monitor is not working correctly (so before you change the refresh rate).

Instructions on how to gather the logfiles for Windows and for macOS.
