Does anyone have any idea why the USB-C ports on my Display-Link driven wavlink docking port might not be working with my MacBook Pro?

Neither port is working for display and my device is not drawing power, either. I've tried:

- using a different USB-C to USB-C cable. Both cables I've tested work when connected to my charger.
- Plugging in a different device. This is also not working.
- Reinstalling the DisplayLink drivers.

Also worth noting:

- The standard USB 3.0 with fast charging icon is working, but the other USB port is not.
- Both monitors are working through another docking station.

Any suggestions?
