Really struggling with my extended screen that is connected through an I-tec dock via hdmi to the dock and via usbc from the dock to my Macbook Air running Ventura 13.4.1

I can be working away on the extended screen and intermittently it just goes black and then reappears after a couple of seconds. when I hook up my ps5 directly to the monitor via hdmi I don't have this issue of the screen going blank so has to be the hardware or software of i-tec dock that is using DisplayLink Manager 1.8.1 (Build 63.180)

Please help as it's killing me!
