This is the setting:

- 1 laptop MacBook Air M2 from 2023
- docking station with Display link software: IVIIN USB 3.0
(dual display 4K@60HJz)

I have read some comments that I have to put in the cables to the ports closest to the ethernet cable.

So, I have my right screen connected in the docking station with a Display Port cable, and my left screen with a HDMI cable, as those ports are next to the ethernet cable, which are called VIDEO 01.

I connected the docking station via a double USB-C cable to the laptop.

I have image on the right monitor, nothing on the left screen.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance!
Monique
According to the information provided by the manufacturer, you cannot connect the monitors in the manner you have described.

One monitor must be connected to a video output within the 'Video 1' section, and the second monitor must be connected to a video output within the 'Video 2' section.

You cannot connect both monitors to the same section.
