I have 3 Dell 24" monitors connected to the docking station, 2 via Display Port cable and 1 via HDMI cable.

The computer only recognizes 1 monitor and mirrors the same image to all of them.

On the Dell website it says that my Dock Station model is approved by Apple and works with Thunderbolt 4.

Does anyone know how to help me get it to work?

I deeply appreciate it because I've already done everything and I don't know what else to try.

Attached is a printout of what my Display Link Manager screen looks like even after the Screen Recording Permission is allowed.
Note from the moderator - Please do not double-post about a single issue.

The product you are using does NOT have DisplayLink technology inside of it. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.

Based on your description, the dock has a DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport (DP MST) Hub inside of it. Macs do NOT support DP MST, which is why the displays are being mirrored.
