I see one email (for last 8 years) from your company domain on July 24, with a preliminary email reply on July 26th on our ticketing system. It looks like emails got lost somewhere.

In order to look into this further, could you please share email addresses of the requestors or ticket numbers to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com so this can be escalated?
