Finally found a way to hide the damn thing! In sonoma if an app want to record your screen you got this annoying purple icon, but if the app is from apple, it won't show the purple icon even it is recording the screen. Yes it's sth only apple can do. So if you run displaylink manager from Terminal, which is an apple app, it won't trigger the purple damn thing at all. You can found the code to automate this process at every startup here:
