Exclamation Assistance Required with DisplayLink Resolution on MacBook Air M1 – Unable to Set 344

Help needed with DisplayLink resolution on MacBook Air M1

My name is Jaime, I'm Brazilian and I'm having a problem with DisplayLink.

I've tried to organize all the relevant information below to help you help me more effectively.

My configuration and equipment:

- Computer: MacBook Air with Apple M1 chip, model MGN63LL/A, 8 GB RAM;

- Operating system: macOS Sequoia, version 15.0 (24A335);

- Hub/Adapter: Dock Adapter Hub USB-C 11 in 1 with DisplayLink:
- Brand: Hi-Prime
- Model: 11 in 1 DisplayLink
- Purchase link: https://produto.mercadolivre.com.br/...isplaylink-_JM
DisplayLink Software: DisplayLink Manager 1.10. 2 (Build 14), the current configuration is shown in the attached image:

✅ I enabled the experimental modes for 3008x and 2560x resolutions in DisplayLink Manager. However, these resolutions do not appear as options when selecting the resolution on my monitor, as shown in the attached screenshot:

Monitors in use, I am trying to use three monitors simultaneously:

1. LG UltraWide Curved Monitor:
- Model: 34WR50QC-B
- Specifications: 34” VA panel, WQHD 3440 x 1440, 21:9 aspect ratio, sRGB 99%, HDR10, PBP, On-Screen Control, Reader Mode, Flicker Safe, 100Hz, AMD FreeSync™

2. DELL P2219H;

3. Mac's own monitor;

Goal:

My goal is to use WQHD 3440 x 1440 resolution with a 21:9 aspect ratio on my main LG monitor. Unfortunately, this is not possible at this time.

Could you help me with how I can solve this problem?

If you have any questions or need more information, I am at your disposal.

Thank you for your support.

Best regards,

Jaime
