While the external monitors occasionally display correctly, there are days when my MacBook doesn’t recognize them at all (Like today)—they don’t appear in the "Displays" section of System Settings. I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps without consistent success:

Checking all cables, making sure they are connected properly.
Unplugging and re-plugging the HDMI cables.
Restarting my MacBook Pro.
Power cycling the docking station.
Reinstalling the DisplayLink Driver/Manager.

Given these ongoing issues, I’m unsure if the problem lies with the driver or if the dock is defective. Could you assist me in troubleshooting this further, or process an exchange if the dock is faulty?

Please keep in mind that ONLY the monitors connected via the dock's driver-based HDMI ports are the ones that do NOT work (or are being read)......

Thank you for your assistance.
To the best of my knowledge, the maximum refresh rate supported via currently available DisplayLink-based products is 60Hz. Your displays support much higher refresh rates, which could potentially be a contributor to the unexpected behavior.

If possible, I would suggest temporarily testing the behavior using different displays that have a maximum 60Hz refresh rate in order to see if the behavior changes.
