Default No USB Prompt Appears
Apple MacBook Pro M2
Sequoia 15.3
DISPLAYLINK 1.11.0 (Build 28)
USB System Prompt never appears after doing upgrade

My older MAC I7 works just great - -It was after doing an update that this issue appeared
