I've just taken a look at the specs of the hub on the
Satchi website. It doesn't list anywhere that the hub is DisplayLink capable. Which is probably the reason as to why it won't support 2 monitors.
You'll need to look into an alternative solution, one that specifically supports DisplayLink.
