Since I install 24H2 (I fresh install system 3 times) i'm mad with the same problem. It is frustrating
and suppose support will solve the problem soon.
At least some month ago personal attention was 1st class.
In the mean time, you may find on the web DektopOk.exe
Small exe, portable, to save & recover positions.
My impression is that the problem may come from windows hello, starting now quicker than the screen...
