I recommend disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable after the other monitors are already set up. If possible, try connecting the HDMI monitor using a DisplayPort connection instead.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the DisplayLink Manager app.
If the issue persists, you can try running the DisplayLink
End-User Cleaner Tool, then reinstall the software.
