I am having the same problem with only the zoomed in corner of the screen showing, on multiple machines. I have updated my DisplayLink software, Mac OS, and checked for updated drivers for the hardware. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps in this and other threads, but the problem has not changed. I have contacted support, but never got a response.
It's rather difficult to work without my external monitors, and I have been unable to use them for several weeks now. It's especially frustrating seeing how many of the support responses here in the forum are to ignore the problem or insist that it isn't happening, despite all of these reports. I'm at the end of my rope here on how to handle this.
