Hi RBcowboys,

It sounds like a HW fault.
Could you please execute the following tests:
1. Connect a USB flash drive to the faulty dock. Will it appear on the system?
2. Connect Ethernet cable and disable Mac Wifi to verify if network function still operates on the device.
