I recently purchased a docking station that required me to install this application. At first, I thought I had made a mistake during the setup because the second monitor was experiencing severe lag, and the mouse movement felt consistently delayed by several steps.

After reviewing comments from other users, I realised that I was not the only one encountering this issue. Some people suggested reverting to version 14.0, but this did not resolve the problem for me. I then downgraded to version 13.1, which for now appears to work slightly better, although it is still far from functioning as it should.

What I find unusual is that the mouse works normally on my laptop screen, and the first external monitor performs reasonably well—though with a slight delay. However, as soon as I move to the second monitor, everything slows down drastically, making it unusable.

Both monitors are connected via HDMI cables.

Perhaps the issue with the second monitor is new, but I am wondering whether anyone knows a solution to this problem, or if an administrator could assist me. My girlfriend is using a Windows laptop without this application installed and experiences no issues at all, so it appears the problem is related to this software.
