According to the product brochure for your docking station -->
https://humanscale.getbynder.com/m/6...2-brochure.pdf the product should have included a 180W power adapter which is a higher wattage then the power adapter you are attempting to use.
I would suggest contacting Humanscale directly for assistance -->
