I am running:

MacBook Air - 13" 2024 - M3 CPU / 16 GB RAM / 256GB SSD
Anker Prime Docking Station DL7400 (Link)
2 x UPERFECT 16" 4K Portable Monitor (Link) - both plugged in via HDMI and set to 1920x1200 / 60Hz in the OS

In terms of app I run daily:

MS Teams, VS Code, Logi Options+, Safari, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Outlook, Slack, etc.

I am pretty good at closing apps when I am not using them so don't have heavy workloads constantly running.

The reason I mentioned Teams is because I noticed it started to happen whist I was on a video call (not sharing, just video on the main screen)
