Hello,
It depends which Belkin Dual Display USB-C Dock you actually have:
- Model INC002 is a DisplayLink product
- Model INC004 is not - DisplayLink Manager doesn't detect it and this product doesn't need DisplayLink Manager to work
It's a bit confusing, but I hope with this info it's a bit clearer now.
