I experienced similar problems with such events and restart reported from 25 July and poor performance on the device (one second working, followed by about a minute frozen).
Intel Arc B580 12 GB with three displays (4K 10bpp LG, 1080p XP-Pen Artist 12 (2nd Gen) tablet, 1280x1024 Samsung SyncMaster 940B (all 60Hz)
Ryzen 5 7600 with AMD Radeon Graphics (gfx_1036 iGPU) used for BOINC work units
Dell D6000 dock with DL-6950 with 1680x1050 Samsung SyncMaster 226BW (60Hz, can do 75Hz), previously it had handled another of the small monitors as well.
All the software and drivers are the latest available.
I eventually moved the 226BW to the HDMI output on the motherboard linked to the iGPU. This was only possible because I'd added the B580 and it would be nice for DL to work in case I need to add more devices. 😼
