Thank you for your reply. I completed both tests:
1. OSD input: Both LG monitors have the input manually set to HDMI in the OSD menu.
2. Swapping displays and cables:
- HDMI 2 on the ORICO dock works correctly with either monitor and any of my HDMI cables.
- HDMI 1 never provides a signal. This happens with either monitor, with any cable, and both when it is the only display connected and when both displays are connected.
- When both monitors are connected, only the one on HDMI 2 shows an image, although macOS and DisplayLink Manager report both displays as online.
Based on these results, the issue seems specific to the HDMI 1 output of the dock and not to the monitors, cables, or monitor settings. However, I cannot rule out a compatibility issue between DisplayLink Manager and macOS affecting that specific output, especially since this setup worked correctly before and DisplayLink Manager still reports the display as online.
