- Introducing additional inferred resolutions on 4K monitors: 2560x1440 and 3008x1692
Unfortunately, with my LG 32UL950-W 4K display there are still no HiDPI (only low resolution) options for these resolutions.
Is this a HW limitation of the M1 chip? Or a SW limitation in macOS? Just curious if this is something I should ever expect to be enabled.

My understanding is that inferred modes are different from HiDPI support. In the release notes for the 1.5 BETA application -->

Under the 'Known issues and limitations' section DisplayLink states:
"- Some HiDPI mode are not available on DisplayLink screens (29526)"
