Sorry my fault, I misspelled the Library directory (not /System/Libray/..but /System/Library/). If you get another 'command not found' error press tab key in the Terminal for auto-completion help in typing the full path.
Anyway this is the complete command:
sudo /System/Library/Extensions/DisplayLinkDriver.kext/DisplayLinkAgent/DisplayLinkUserAgent
