Thank you for this information.

I have the Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TBS. My guess is it has the same problem as the Dell Thunderbolt Dock - WD19TB.

I will see with my IT colleagues if we can do a switch to something that supports DisplayLink. Would you have any recommendations for docking stations?
