Please try to switch the orientation of the screen by following the below guide:

If the issue persists please use the information from the product vendor:
If you are working with Catalina 10.15.x and the monitor is connected via USB-A port, please download legacy driver 5.2.5 but NOT DisplayLink Manager app. If you already have the DisplayLink Manager installed please go to Applications and move the app to the Bin. Then install the following driver: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1636
