The specifications for the dock you mentioned having purchased -->
https://www.wavlink.com/en_us/product/UTD01_UTD01H.html do not indicate that this product uses DisplayLink technology in any way. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to help and you should contact Wavlink for assistance.
That said, you mention having used a 'passive' adapter to convert the dock's built-in DisplayPort video output to some other standard. According to the manual for the dock -->
