I have a new
Asus Monitor 168B+, connecting it to my Surface Pro 3 on Windows 10, I'm facing the issue described in this article:
How to fix your DisplayLink product from repeatedly disconnecting and reconnecting, or freezing
I tried:
- All steps in the article
- with another USB3 cable
- I run the cleanup tool and reinstall the drivers
- Attaching the monitor to apower source > in that case the logo Asus appeared and the monitor stayed on.
Please find the logs attached.
Any suggestion?
