I'm running a UV Plus+ 16 on my 2007 17" Macbook Pro. (4GB RAM) It has worked in the past, but I didn't need it for 6-8 months and now it freezes me constantly.
I've installed version 1.7b4 and my mac is running OSX 10.6.8. (had same problems with the latest non-beta version)
During startup I have to unplug the USB from the mac so it will startup. (just the monitor's USB, other devices are fine) Same with restarts.
If my mac falls asleep it will not wake up while the display is connected. Basically I have to do a force restart at this point and disconnect the display.
I get other random freeze ups, that have only been an issue since I started using the display again. I've since disconnected it and my mac has been fine. That is frustrating because I just had a large screen mounted on my office wall to use with this displaylink.
There has to be some kind of fix... please?
