Does anyone have experience using a DisplayLink USB type A adapter on macOS with a Wacom or other drawing tablet? I'm specifically interested in the Wacom Cintiq 13HD which takes an HDMI input but experience with other tablets is useful.

Is there any lag or other issue that would interfere with this kind of use? How about compatibility with software?
