DisplayLink technology is a combination of the DisplayLink software and devices based on DisplayLink hardware.
According to the information provided here -->
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product...-g4/2101085529 your HP docking station does NOT have DisplayLink hardware inside of it. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to assist you.
In order to add two monitors to your Mac, you will need to use a product based on DisplayLink technology -->
