What do I do? How do I install a driver?
Hello,

You most likely have an old, initial, version of Windows called Threshold (aka Windows 10 v1506/1511 TH1/TH2). This has nothing to do with the Enterprise SKU flavour, but is the core "transition" OS name.
The last version to support Threshold is 8.6.
https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/file?id=1245 for the EXE.
For the MSI and INF based, they are in the Corporate download section: https://www.displaylink.com/downloads/corporate

Kind regards,
Alban
