At home I have a Dell D6000 Dock. Sometimes it detects my monitor but all screens start flickering. After that my extended monitors go to back and only my MacBook screen is working.

Any ideas how to fix this?
According to the information Dell provides here --> https://www.dell.com/en-us/work/shop...pc-accessories and here --> https://www.dell.com/support/home/en...-dock/overview the Dell WD19S dock does NOT use DisplayLink USB video technology. As a result, DisplayLink will not be able to help here.

Based on the information provided by Dell, the WD19S appears to have a DisplayPort MST hub inside the unit, which provides the ability to drive multiple displays from a host system's single USB-C port.

Apple Mac systems do NOT support DisplayPort MST technology, so this type of dock will not work. When a DisplayPort MST hub is connected to a Mac, the common result is that the displays are mirrored, similar to what you describe.
