Hello Vel,

The last link of my forum signature explains how to use our Customer Support Tool to get the logs.
If something was known has being outdated, you should have received a message. Not every element is absolutely required, and you may receive a warning instead of an error.

The log files will be zipped by the tool and put on your Windows desktop. If you upload the zip here, I will be able to see what Windows is doing.
