If the device cannot be found than this is a hardware issue. The log files shows a lot of USB errors and the software is unable to communicate with the device. You may try unplugging and re-plugging all the cables and see if that helps. If it doesn't than I'd contact the manufacturer for the replacemrent.

You stated that you're 'having trouble getting these display drivers to work on either my laptop or my desktop under Windows 7 - 32bit.'

and that 'The device still functions fine on my other system'. On what system does it funtion fine?
