Can you run the DisplayLink Diagnostics tool linked from
http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269? That will provide some debugging information.
FYI, the T260HD has a native resolution of 1920x1200. 1920x1080 looks weird on it, or is letterboxed.
