I am not sure if this docking station is using our technology as I did find many models on the Internet. May you please provide a photo of it?
As for the extension issue. We are aware of this problem on 5.2.4 driver version and we are currently working on resolving this issue.
Could you please follow
this link and gather log files for us?
After gathering logs, as a workaround for now I would suggest using our
BETA driver which we have tested do not have an issue with the extension mode.
